You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of your Toys2sell seller storefront, so long as the link does not portray Toys2sell, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use the Toys2sell logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. All sellers must be over the age of 18 and are required to operate a Paypal personal or business account in good standing. All payments processed will fall under Paypal "Goods & Services" payments for both buyer and seller protections. Toys2sell reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel item listings in their sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation. Toys2sell respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, email us at info@Toys2sell.com with your complaint.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Toys2sell are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Each individual Toys2sell seller will provide tracking information electronically whenever possible to help ensure proper delivery of your item(s). Transfer of ownership for all items purchased occurs once the seller has provided a valid Delivery Confirmation number to the buyer.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Toys2sell attempts to keep our website and subsequent product pricing/inventories as accurate as possible. However, Toys2sell does not warrant that product pricing, product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free as each seller has full control over their individual storefronts. If there is a significant error in a listed price or shipping charge, Toys2sell reserves the right to allow a seller to immediately cancel the affected order(s) and provide a full refund in lieu of completing your order.
