Shipping & Return Policies

Toys2sell is integrated with the US Postal Service (USPS) and as such we provide at no cost an automated domestic and international shipping tool for each of our vendors and all of our marketplace listings.  In addition, each individual seller is able to choose additional shipping carriers and costs depending on their needs.  Note: Toys2sell is not responsible for additional customs/duty fees that may be added with the delivery of your order once it reaches your home country.

Returns:

Toys2sell is a marketplace full of individual storefronts.  Each seller is responsible for their customer service, and we urge each of our sellers to accept returns. Toys2sell reserves the right to get involved up to the extent of limiting and/or suspending selling privileges if multiple complaints are submitted against specific sellers.

Items not Received

The US Postal Service (USPS) and all major delivery carriers provide tracking numbers free of charge to our sellers.  As such, we greatly recommend each seller update order process with an update to "shipped" as well as providing the buyer with the applicable tracking information.  Once a package has been scanned into the carriers tracking system, all updates will be from the tracking number provided and will be handled by the individual delivery carrier. Items that scan as delivered to your address/zip code that are not received will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the seller may decide that no refund or re-shipment of your order is required.  Buyers are responsible for maintaining a secure area (or PO Box) to ensure all packages can be safely left and are not stolen.
